A 6-foot-pull that has a sharp end to it. He has not swung it towards anyone, and he was walking southbound on 3rd, circling the block, perchance. Black male, 30 to 46 foot, medium build, black shirt, gray, some type of clothing article, silver suitcase, and a cart, Valley Street and 3 Avenue North.
