1050 PD, I-15 northbound, 7200 south off-ramp, 583 Salt Lake. Go ahead. Looks like this will be a group of six vehicles on the shoulder. One in particular has their hood up. Stated that they hit a piece of concrete. 1017 from 5600 West and California Avenue. I copy. Looks like TOC stated that this might have been some of the vehicles that have been going up and down the freeway. I copy.
