822 India for traffic. Send it. It's a 418 Tom, 5202 West Edgemont Avenue. There's 12 to 15 transients, no weapons. They're camped out on the side of this 20 on 52nd Avenue. They want them removed. There also is a hazard advising that any subjects or encampments trespassing on the fence can be arrested or cited. There is no one listed for contact. It's 1801.
