Rank 80, 14319. Comes back to a white 2024 Nissan Altima. Made contact with the SDSU room and they said it hit on an LPR at 161 West 33rd Street about 5 minutes ago now. The offender is a shoulder length dreads. He's got a white long-sleeved shirt, blue shorts, and white shoes. He should be in the passenger. He's armed with a firearm. Just for info.
