I'm sorry, not 31. 1233 for the assist. 1233. 31 and 33, it came in originally as a disturbance, 811 South Lytle, near Arrigo Park. For an intoxicated male, white, wearing a Cincinnati Reds baseball cap and an intoxicated female that have been in front, cursing, causing a disturbance in the presence of kids. The male is now passed out in front. The female is wandering in the street.
