Ocean, copy your message for the 10-91, 35th Avenue and Bell Road, eastbound from the semi. That's been parked for the past two hours, just east of 35th Avenue. The vehicle is on and has the highway lights on, blocking half of lane of traffic. Hasn't seen anyone else in or around it since 1500.
