Getting animal abuse, 105 and Green, Green and 105th. Got an Erica calling about a dog that has a bump on his head. Looks like he's suffering from malnutrition. It's a tan pit bull walking slowly in traffic on eastbound. Stated they did transfer them to 311 for animal control. Handle accordingly, please.
