2233. 33. 105 and Morgan, 105 and Morgan. The caller says a male Hispanic wearing a black shirt and beige shorts got out of a champagne colored Caravan, unknown on the plate. He, with a flashlight, he was looking in the sewer covers on the block, then he fled the scene. Westbound on the 105th, no further. 10-4.
