Neighbor, male, White 43, chased after the informant, not letting the informant enter her driveway. Informant's driving a gray Honda Clarity and is parked near the location. DP's in the front holding a metal object, pacing back and forth. That's TAC 244. Was there a NOROC unit to take the assist? NOROC 43 King 1, early, taking the assist.
