Male, Black, 30, wearing a blanket, harassing staff at Dutch Brothers, requesting deputy's radio, possible 602. Informant is unable to leave, hiding in bathroom, and his DP is blocking front door and is now blocking the entrance and preventing the informant from leaving.TAC 331.
