Witnesses describe victim was walking on corner of 22nd and 3rd when two teens on bicycles performed a random assault on the passerby. Mainstay markets staff called 911. Victim appeared to be ambulatory before being taken away for examination by SFPD.
Victim was frisked by SFPD before being placed into squad car for transport, possibly to take a report. Incident resolved.
Police activity in the area. Cops seem to be taking the dude’s report for what happened. Multiple SFPD cruisers driving around with lights off, might be looking for suspect
