Flooding on 79th st Central Park traverse. I called 311. Told her 81st street traverse is flooded in Central Park near Central Park west with a disabled vehicle obstructing traffic. She asked “what borough” at 706 pm. Is there more than one Central Park?
@iloco happens all the time 311 never knows where Central Park is when I call
@iloco you did great! Every time I’ve had to call 311 while in Central Park, I have gone thru the same thing “what borough?” Ultimately, I got a direct line to the Parks Dept plus the #to call the Rangers
