The white male in the parking lot, caller advised he had a strong odor of alcohol coming off of him and he was struggling to walk. He's got into a white Ford F-150, King, Victor, Young, 9905, KBY 9905. He's still sitting in the lot at this time. He's got a strong odor of alcohol coming off of him and he's struggling to walk.
