24. 24, suspicious person, Mobile and Montrose. Montrose and Mobile, Mariano's calling. There's four male Blacks wearing ski masks, black with dark colored hoodies, trying all doors of cars, walking down the street. Last seen in the alley between Mobile and Merrimack, walking back to the street. Did not see any weapons. Nothing further.
