Constitutional units, code 12ing. It's a 952, 242 call at Harris Avenue, High Street. Complaintant heard lots of yelling, commotion near that location. Saw about 10 to 12 subjects, adults and juveniles that were pushing and shoving each other. It's at Harris at High. No units in 2.
