Alright, units in 24, person came in as a disturbance, now coming in as a person with a knife. 2055 West Jarvis, apartment 18 on the third floor. Caller's shirt says male Black male, Musa, has a butcher knife and walking down the back stairs. He's also in a green shirt and blue shorts. Nothing further.
