First off the man was not struck by vehicle. It was a fender bender. So then one of the guys involved got off and started yelling and claiming some hood couldn't really hear or understand which one. But after a couple of seconds went by it looked like him and the young guy that he was yelling at dabbed each other up and looked like they resolved it. But no that crazy wankster went back to yelling and saying that the other guys hood ain't shit and it's all about his "barrio"
