The booms are fireworks. There's a vacant car right at the entrance, not sure if it was vacant and someone ran from it or if they arrested someone out of the car. When I was pulling in one of the GPD hauled ass on Fry heading toward 135. Nothing to do with the apartments themselves or anyone here LOL. Swear to God anyone that thinks that these apartments are that bad hasn't lived in a bad area...
