That house is most certainly not abandoned, I walk past it everyday. They just had the front yard redone
I knew a man that used to live there with his wife but he passed on back in 2015. His wife was still living afterwards but she might of passed on too cus i haven't seen her minivan parked in the driveway the last few years so I'm assuming her son inherited the house and didn't cut that front lawn for years til recently!
