I spoke with a witness on scene who advised a male black Oxycontin newer model red Chevrolet Impala fired approximately seven shots at a female victim before fleeing southbound on Hollywood towards Chelsea.

A witness reported a red Chevrolet Impala fled southbound on North Hollywood Street and Chelsea Avenue after firing shots at a woman.

 4-8-6 transpired 1560 North Hollywood, Hollywood Community Center, changed wheels and lost
