3448 Bowen Avenue. It's going to be a vacant house. The complainant refused, advised that two subjects, possibly a male and a female, are going in and out of the location. Advised that they have a pillow with them, and she advised the house next door at 3444 is also vacant with vagrants going in and out. So, it's trailers sitting in front of the location, full of trash, blocking the view to get into a house.
