Attention all district 4 units, information on a 97 vehicle last seen ashore in Riverside, southbound Riverside. There's a child laid clearly out the window, does not seem to be trapped in. It was a white Honda Odyssey, plate of 7 Robert William Sam 298. Child was male, black, 5, wore blue shirt, eye road female, head completely covered, had windows. Information only, PD for 1821.
