Witnesses suggest a red vehicle may have been involved in the incident. The vehicle was last seen heading eastbound on Kinsman Road towards East 140th Street.

 Apparently, there was another vehicle that was swerving down Kinsman going eastbound that cut this vehicle off and caused the accident.

Police advise that a dark gray Ford Fusion was cut off by another vehicle, causing a crash. Officers are currently working to review surveillance footage of the incident.
