The bird of prey, like a hawk or something. She thinks it's physically stuck in something near her back door, but she's afraid to look. I advised her to call the Raptor Center. However, she called them already, and they recommended that she call the fire department. I told her that you're not going to have, like, the right equipment as far as gloves and so forth to maybe handle a bird of prey. But she is requesting that you come out and just see and figure out maybe what her next...
