Valley traffic units, the battery suspect at Fano and Ann Eaton is now in ADW with the vehicle suspect there now. Fano and Ann Eaton, it's now Code 3. Parked in the center lane, said vehicle is an older model silver Chevy Silverado with the hazard lights on. Said there's a female Hispanic in the driver's seat. Victim is a male Hispanic wearing a black baseball hat, white shirt, black pants, carrying a backpack. The suspect is attempting to hit the victim with the vehicle and he's running away. It's Code 3, incident 0618 and RD 22. 7147.
