Suspect to be a black male wearing a white shirt, black pants. Caller's advising there's children at the location, ages 11, 5, and 4. Male is seeing female on a black bicycle. Female's driving around the area, still police are on scene. Radio raising 2304. 202, send me on scene. Service.
