New to the border, 18. I got a domestic in the 10 sector. It's an ARS transfer at Stockton and Webster Drive by the Lincoln Park Zoo parking lot. Unknown female Hispanic was crying heavily and asking for police assistance. States her phone was broken by her boyfriend, a male Hispanic. The female needs a Spanish-speaking officer. Unknown where the male is. Currently, the female has tattoos on her arms. Last seen wearing a green shirt, black shorts. Unknown weapons, drugs, or alcohol.
