Adam 13 David for an A priority 311 at 155 Jefferson, cross of Mason and Taylor. David, this will be at Pollo Con Perro, Fisherman's Wharf. There's a 915 male in front of the store showing his genitals to everyone. It's a white male, 40s to 50s, long hair, heavy black jacket, red pajamas, has a dog with him. No weapons seen. Does have lots of belongings, though. It's back.
