These underpass have flooded since they were built. The pipes for stormwater are below the level of the creek during heavy rain.
Someone there ought to clear the storm drains. Takes 5-10 minutes.
there are no drains under the bridges on the east side, thats why they flood. even then, the drains on the east side cant take away as much rain as we get when its heavy.
300 block of n grant is flooded as well and New York to Emerson is flooded
Well we all know not to do that
