The guy in the video - by the police - was in the back of a pickup truck - banging on the cab/top as the driver was driving VERY aggressively- from the direction of Parkcrest (Popeyes) - turned into the Kroger parking lot. That’s where it was called in - idk; How he ended across the street at the Old Navy - where I started recording.

The guy in the video - by the police - was in the back of a pickup truck - banging on the cab/top as the driver was driving VERY aggressively- from the direction of Parkcrest (Popeyes) - turned into the Kroger parking lot. That’s where it was called in - idk; How he ended across the street at the Old Navy - where I started recording.
