Drone 1 has a suspect, male, Black, orange shirt, pushing a bicycle, walking eastbound 7th, away from town, attempting to walk away from a male, Black with all-black clothing. Drone 1, the suspect in orange shirt threw something next to that blue car, nowhere that female's standing. X-ray, show us suspect on suspect.
