133. 33. You can check out this kidnapping in progress at 21st Street and State. State and 21st Street. Caller's Isaac. He stated that a minor child was being pushed into a white SUV. We're going to put the plates on the box. The offender was a male, white, 30 to 40 years old, 6 foot tall. He was last seen going eastbound on Cullerton. 10-4, en route.
