Any Newton unit, GTA suspect. Any Newton unit, GTA suspect just left, Vernon and McKinley. See the PR at the tire shop. The vehicle's a Toro Rento, red Honda Civic, 9 Victor at Queen, Adam, 577. Suspect's last seen running towards Woodward. Suspects describe as two male, Hispanics, wearing black clothing. PR tracked the vehicle at the location to the tire shop. It's code 2, incident 3810, RD 1353.
