Topanga unit, battery suspect there now, 5800 Topanga Canyon at Warner Center Park. Suspect vehicle's on the east side of the park on Owensville, facing southbound on older model red GMC SUV on old plate. Suspect's a male, Black, 30 years, missing teeth, orange shirt, spat at the PR, no weapons. It's code 2 incident 3805 and RD 2175.
