Guy in red car caused this. He was going 96 mph. Killed 1 60 year old man. Driver of red car-Lee Arthur Simmons Jr. drivers license was suspended due to failg to calibrate the vehicle ignition interlock device from a prior DUI. He has 4 prior DUIs and 10 prior felony convictions. Makes me absolutely sick. I pray to God that he never gets out of prison. He is and always will be a threat to the community.
