Alright, new to 19, deceptive practice in progress at Addison and Pine Grove. Callers say three male blacks are trying to scam people with fake donations. One is wearing a gray polo, one is wearing a gray cap and gray jeans, and one is wearing a white shirt with glasses. All wearing lanyards with clipboards. Nothing further.
