Wtf its tied to someones car and reported 10 mins ago, give the owner of the car time to get back geez, dont steal their dog
Aleast he is not in the hot car..
The dog looks perfectly fine too. They are relaxed, calm, and resting. No sign of panting or stress. People just be dramatic for no reason.
Right..we have been doing this for years..
I don’t see an issue with this?? It’s better than the dog being in the car. It’s clearly a puppy so the owner might have issues keeping it inside the car without it jumping out. Smh
