There are also two male Black juvies at Look. One DP, female juvie wearing all black. Second, female juvie wearing a black shirt, pink shorts. DP's standing on the corner of 18th Street and Ivesbrook. No weapons seen. DP's are causing a disturbance. Tac is 211. DP's are causing a disturbance.
