Just occurred on Folsom Boulevard at the La Quinta Inn. Caller advised unknown homeless male pulled a knife on them, held it at his side. I believe that means the male's side. Our caller left and subject is still in the parking lot. Our caller left about three minutes ago. Sam unit to copy.
