Over an hour to react and police/ fire don’t deploy some sort of net or anything he could’ve fallen on to. What an epic failure. That in the hell were they doing there for 75 minutes just watching ? Department should be sued. Hard earned tax dollars people !
Yeah I guarantee they were probably aggressive and more like swat team and not reassuring I've seen them in action they have no souls
