Update for anyone who wanted to know as bad as I did: BURNSVILLE: A suspect is in custody on suspicion of criminal sexual conduct involving a weapon near Xerxes Avenue South & 135th Street West early this morning. Burnsville police were called to the area around 5:30 a.m. and eventually took the suspect into custody, a spokesperson confirmed Tuesday afternoon. Officers safely secured the weapon and processed the scene for evidence. Authorities did not immediately disclose if the victim was injured. Police have not yet released what type of weapon was used by the suspect and formal charges have not yet been filed. The investigation is active and no other information is available as of now. There was apparently a threat in como park…I wonder if this is also related, like they found the person who made the threat?
I wonder if there is a Fugitive loose and is in this neighborhood or a home there. I hope this can end with Everyone Safe.
