Columbus Engine 20, we're going back to surface. It's definitely Harley Petroleum. Normal smell. Copy 20, going back to surface. Normal smell. Columbus Engine 25 is on scene. Columbus to Engine 20, we're on the scene. We have nothing in the area of 5th and Yearling. I'm pretty confident this comes from a blow off. Tie up Engine 20, we're going to drive around a little bit longer. This is from a passerby. Copy Engine 20, dead couple and passerby. Says he's on scene, got nothing in the area. Tie up Engine 20, 10-51. We'll move to 10 Alpha. Copy, going to 10 Alpha.

1049 hours. Refer to MDC for incident type. Columbus from Engine 20. We're almost on scene at 5th and Yearling. We just passed Hartley Petroleum. There is a irregular strong smell of fuel from there. You'll advise for us when we get to the intersection. Copy, Engine 20.

It’s more than likely the oil refinery!!!! Not normal

It's probably just the natural gas plan. It happens from time to time when they burn off the excess.
