Seems like they found a guy sleeping or just camping up for the night and needed him to move along.

That would probably explain all the police vehicles near My house I kind of wondered what was going on they had both ends of my street blocked off for about 3 to 5 minutes I would say why this event was going on not focusing on any of the houses in my neighborhood mind you but they just had the street blocked off probably trying to prevent whoever they were looking for from getting any further away
