She also advised that, started on Plymouth and Hubbell, but she traveled south on Hubbell all the way to West Chicago, from West Chicago to Ridge area, and stopped at West Chicago and Byrd on the grass where he then hit her vehicle, damaged the bumper. Then she drove to the 6th Precinct, and he followed her halfway. All of this happened around 1 a.m. We don't have a good time, it happened. 14, no green lights coming.
