Complainant is Abdul Bach, advised that their neighbor, a male, Black, no shirt, brown shorts, armed with a gun, is pointing the gun at them and threatening to shoot them. Unknown if they have any mental diagnosis, but the subject is highly intoxicated. Subject will be a male, Black, Kenny Lester, 5'7", 150 pounds, no shirt, brown shorts. Call taker hears yelling in the background. Complainant is standing by as a male, Black, black t-shirt, black shorts. 1112 National.
