9510 to radio. 9510. Yeah, Imperial and East 118, we attempted to stop a black Ford Fusion, I believe. Unsure of license plate. It took off. You can make me a CAD. What year was that? It's like a 2012. It's blacked out, no lights on. Continued eastbound on Imperial towards 123. Did it have a sticker in the back? No, the hard plate's in the lower left.
