Radio to 100 and 105. 100. 105. 16 high-risk, Sullivant and Wedgewood at the Manor carryout. A group of five kids on bicycles were following the caller and her friend, throwing rocks at them. The friend was hit by a rock. Medicals refused. Four male Blacks wearing all black on bicycle. One male Black in a red shirt on a bicycle. Also saying they have sticks and rocks.
