Alright, Lakeshore Drive and Fullerton. Fullerton and Lakeshore Drive. The caller's reporting seeing somebody open a door of a black Mercedes with blackout windows repeatedly as if they were trying to get out of the car while it was still moving southbound. They pulled over on the shoulder just before Fullerton exit.
