You said you don't have a location where it's pending yet? Again, a black Cadillac. It's supposed to be around 45th and Francisco. Not sure if anybody just drove by there, but this was a carjack vehicle from Penn District yesterday. 10-4, any units near 45th and Francisco, look for a black Cadillac, that last plate, Frank, Boy Frank, 37887. Again, Boy Frank, 37887, black Cadillac.
