Units in 18 and citywide, we have an assault in progress. Lincoln and Halstead, Halstead and Lincoln, raising canes. Manager's calling, there's someone threatening to kill people. It's a male, black, wearing red shorts, white shirt, black backpack, threatening staff. He's living out the front door, walking southbound on Halstead. He's pacing back and forth, no weapons seen. Zone 4, District 18, clear.
